Password
I created this site to keep in touch with friends and family, so I’m thinking about restricting access to those I know or those I’d like to know. If you’re contacting me to request the password to read the entries that have been restricted, do that through the subscription box below. Please note that if you are requesting to receive the password, this will put you on an email list whose only use will be to let you know when the password has been changed. Of course, the diet plan pages are on another password altogether and that password will be provided through the subscription process below.
